Instructions for use of the main switch
(1)Itinerary setting
The longer the time, the longer the excess part of the shrink film, and the unsightly after shrinking. (The shrink film will produce relaxation after the packaging). Note: When the time is too short, it is also possible that the sealing and cutting knife cut the package, usually the time is 0.1-0.5 seconds (but the time is different due to the different thickness of the package).

(2)Counter
When the package passes through the electric eye switch, when the sealing and cutting knife descends and then rises again, the digits on the counter will be displayed. *(To reset the digits on the counter to zero, press the "RESET" button in the upper right corner)

(3)Switch on the radio eye (installed on both sides of the conveyor belt)
When the package passes through the electric eye, the stroke setting device works, and the sealing and cutting knife descends to seal and cut.

(4)Selection switch
The manual position must be selected when installing the film or debugging the machine. At this time, the conveyor belt does not run and the electric eye is closed. Select the automatic position during formal packaging. At this time, the conveyor belt is running and the electric eye is activated. When the package touches the electric eye, the sealing and cutting knife will automatically drop, so be careful not to touch the electric eye with your hands.

(5)Sealing and cutting temperature
Usually the horizontal seal is set at about 180°C, and the vertical seal is set at about 300°C. (The material and thickness of the shrink film vary).

(6)Sealing time
Usually set at 0.8 seconds. (The material and thickness of the shrink film vary).

(7)Cylinder aspect
Drain the water at least once a month (near the white button below the cylinder, the water will come out) and check the oil at least once a month.
